The wellbeing of our team has been at the heart of our strategy since Dave and I founded Zoocha in 2009. Being consistenty recognised as a Great Place to Work is therefore an achievement that we are extremely proud of. It reflects our values as a business, the culture we are striving to build and the importance we place on empowering our team to shape our future.
Our team has grown significantly in the past year, with a particular expansion of our Strategy and Experience team, enabling us to add even greater strategic value for our client partners. With those partnerships growing in complexity and our skills sharpening in tandem, we're proud that despite the challenges brought by the last 12 months, our team continue to regard Zoocha as a great place to work and are able to bring their full selves to their jobs.
We've also embraced some new tools this year, with the introduction of our resource management platform to provide greater levels of visibility and control to our capacity planning... and no-doubt de-stressing our Delivery Management team! We've worked with our clients to introduce AI, personalisation and design user centered solutions, all delivered through our collaborative, one team approach.
Alongside the challenges and successes in work, we've had some truly memorable team building moments with regular social events from Oktoberfest to Go-Karting. As it turns out, our Senior DevOps Engineer Gustavo might be almost as fast on the track as he is at resolving a P1 support ticket! Being part of the Zoocha team is by far the very best part of my job.
As we look into 2025 we aim to maintain the same commitment to wellbeing, openness and collaboration that has driven Zoocha forward across the last 15 years. As we grow, evolve and improve as an organisation, we are immensely grateful and proud to work alongside a team that cares so deeply about our clients and our business.
