The colours are perfect really compliment each other. And there is a lot of great work on here too. Secondly. I LOVE HTML 5 too, its essential to keep up to date with things generally but in web design its a real necessity, HTML 5 should be embraced and sooner rather than later. Else it's just self-regaling. Deploying the HTML5 doctype isn't very senseful in itself either.
